The Lost Art of Lace Making

Had some guests from the Great Lakes Lace Group here this week-end. I was very impressed with their work and all the effort that goes into it. A lost art, and with the time it takes you can see why the new generation won't be to involved. It is hundreds of years old and when it started, only the well to do could afford it. It is wonderful to learn of various art forms from those who come to stay.
